No Returns
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Before placing your order, please carefully review the product description, dimensions, color, material, and other specifications to ensure the item meets your requirements.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:
Your order number.
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Photos of the original packaging.
After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or another suitable resolution.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 2 days (48 hours) of placing it.
After the 48-hour cancellation period has passed, orders cannot be cancelled because processing, manufacturing, or shipping preparations may have already begun.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for:
Orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchase (if payment has already been made); or
Approved cases involving damaged or incorrect items, where a replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
